Insuline resistance / long term keto

  1. I think the fasting will heal IR over time (years). If keto is just too hard for you, do 23:1 or ADF and just try to cut back on the simple carbs, while increasing fiber, vinegars and fermented foods (things that will slow insulin rising).

  2. Interesting I'll look into it! But I'm concerned about fasting with low protein intake because of muscle loss
