Scientists link ‘forever chemical’ exposure to development of liver cancer

  1. Per the article: It's PFOS (a PFAS). Other PFAS are also carcinogenic, but PFIS specifically stronger so for kiver cancer. Was confirmed in animals before, but now also in humans.

  2. They are called forever chemicals because they don't degrade. There has been contamination in soil, water, and even well water samples. Humanity doesn't think about these things properly. We only think, "Is it a problem now?"
