Is the router they gave me just bad.. or should I call customer service? I just got it installed for 750 Mbps plan.. and I am only getting 250 Mbps max.

Need more details. How are you measuring speeds? Are you measuring on your wireless device or on a wired computer?

Wireless... I've seen wireless faster than that before somewhere else tho..

I just ran speed test from my directly-connected computer (ethernet), and I'm getting 94mbps. I paid for 1000mbps.
