  1. Choose some realistic changes, and stick to them. For example, exercising for an hour a day may not work with your schedule. However, prioritizing 20 minutes every day to work out might. Once you can achieve that, add in something else. Start slow and work up. You’ve got this!

  2. Create a solid regiment to tackle it, I recommend keto and intermediate fasting! The weight will fall off so quickly, 18:6 fasting window is how I operate.
