What do I do with a client with a restricted ad account?

  1. If you do that, you’ll get banned again. Facebook tracks you & your activity on & off platform. You’d have to get a new identity, computer, phone number, new credit card, I’d card, address, IP address …

  2. For what it’s worth, I had my ad account “restricted” within the first week. Called and spoke to support who told me my account was permanently restricted and couldn’t give me an answer as to why. 12 hours later the account was restored with no answer as to why any of it happened.

  3. I worked at Facebook in ads, I can share that once it's permanently restricted not only is that ad account not recoverable but you also risk any other accounts attached to the same business manager and or to the same profile who has created new business managers and ad accounts also getting shut down.
