Has anyone ever made burnt ends from Costco’s pork belly ? If so would anyone give recipes for it or any recipes for pork belly from Costco

  1. My husband did. We used a basic dry rub with brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, ginger, and paprika. We didn't really use specific measurements.

  2. I'm going to have to explore this more. I enjoy burnt ends but have never tried on my own. Hadn't thought of pork belly but I'm always looking at the brisket. I don't have a smoker though so would need to be an oven or gas grill technique.
