  1. JBL live 660NCs are good, haven't tried them on a plane but would easily fit the budget.

  2. If you can find friends who might be free at the times of days you're home that can be really helpful (like online overseas friends who might not be at school/work when your regular friends are) so you can have someone to chat to about stuff and keep yourself entertained. Drawing and reading are super fun for me, and although housebound it is nice to occasionally go to a park or another outdoor setting (if possible) even just to sit and look at the scenery.

  3. I feel like a hammock may have been a lot less work

  4. Aesthetically what are your opinions? I know they don't apply to everyone, but how do they look on your head and what's your personal opinion aesthetics-wise?? I personally think that the airpods max have a slightly strange design, and I want to know how that comes across in person?

  5. Prefer the slimmer physical profile of the AirPods Max on my head since they hardly stick out. Prefer the actual design of the Sonys.

  6. I have no idea about gender, but give your gorgeous babies a kiss from me! <3

  7. It's important to realise that not only is science a field that is constantly developing, it's also a field that is seen really terribly by the public when they say 'we're not sure'. Sometimes science isn't quite there yet when it comes to certain diseases and conditions, as well as all kinds of other things. Also most doctors were trained years ago, and sadly a lot of them struggle to take on new scientific discoveries and ways of thinking- a lot of doctors don't even talk about things like neuroplasticity! I'm sorry that the medical profession isn't providing you with the answers you want right now, and I'm very sorry if it's because your doctor isn't very good at taking on new discoveries. However, it might just be because science isn't quite there yet when it comes to understanding your condition, which sucks, but science is still run by humans and is, at its core, a process of discovery, so by its nature we do not know everything yet. Your 'impossible' seizures may actually help new discoveries be made, so don't give up! Remember that as a patient you are part of the wondrous process of discovery that is science! Recognising that your doctor's are also human, and don't know everything yet, is very important. I hope you can find a doctor who might not know everything, but wants to help you and figure things out to make your life better- those are the best kind!

  9. Does she have a little lump on the side of her face?

  10. I've never noticed anything. I will have a close look if I remember when I next visit, but she always comes super close and nothing has jumped out at me as looking out of place.

  11. Oh it just looked like it in one of the photos, not to worry

  12. I'm a Dermatillomaniac. The two disorders are a form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, often times triggered by stress (it always comes down to stress fr) and can be managed with therapy and even medication.

  13. Do you know much about onychotrillomania?

  14. Something like sleep apnea and other sleep disorders can mean you don't get the quality of sleep you need to. I'd talk to a doctor about a sleep study or something. If you have a partner or a camera you can set up, try and see what you actually get up to in the night. Thrashing around, gasping for breath, or even walking and talking can indicate sleep disorders that will be affecting the quality of your sleep. Otherwise make sure you're sleeping early and waking up at a reasonable time- 12 hours aren't the same level of sleep if they're out of normal phase, try be awake in daylight and sleep for most of the night.

  15. Not necessarily my belief, but I think the short story 'The Egg' by Andy Weir is so interesting and always helps me appreciate the people around me and treat them better. Kurzgesagt also did a wicked video on this- here are links to the

  16. ahh glad you got an extension. Atm the dr thinks I may have viral laryngitis. PCR test was neg and strep throat test was neg. Thrush will be neg as don't really have symptoms of that. My other guess was tonsilitis. So most likely viral. but damn my body has been fighting it for over 6 weeks now and im getting worse not better.

  17. Oh god that's horrible, I just got something viral in my airways that everyone was surprised wasn't covid- it only lasted about a week but then it gave me gastroparesis and sent me to hospital :'(

  18. ahh jesus I feel you. I had food poisoning for 10 days about a week ago it finally finished. Our bodies just dont do well at fighting off bugs eh.

  19. Not at all, I get what others would consider 'badly' sick once or twice a month, it really makes it difficult to function well when I keep getting sick, and that's disregarding flares. So surprised I haven't got covid yet though.

  20. Some kind of handwork can be fun if your body allows it, like crochet, embroidery, or cross-stitch. These can be a lot more calming and fun than you'd expect.

  21. I'm sorry, 'Males are Savage'?!! What are you, some extremely pessimistic David Attenborough???

  22. Today Rimjob Steve fully self actualized. He was the person he needed when he was growing up. 😢

  23. If this is real its wholesome if not it reminds me of the gamer boy copy pasta

  24. Lmao I can't figure out how to link the comment but there was a whole conversation going on

  25. All pussy is gorgeous. Some are less flamboyant, and like a rose still tucked, and without bloom. Some are thick with petals, and they feel heavy like a lilly laying against your hand. Some are full bloom, and can be opened like gorgeous orchids. They are all flowers, though, and out of the hundreds of flowers I've enjoyed in my lifetime not one of them didn't feel amazing to put my peener in.

  26. That was poetry until the word 'peener' came in there like an atomic bomb

  27. I can click my ribs. It causes me no pain, but I can reach my hand slightly under my ribcage on either side and sort of 'pop' my lower ribs in and out. It's visible and makes a sound, but to this day have no clue how or why it happens. Good party trick to freak people out though.

  28. Ok this is something I really want to see. Can’t quite wrap my head around it. Video exist of doing it?

  29. Sadly don't have a video and it's not suuuper visible, you have to look from a specific angle otherwise my hand is in the way. Think of it like my bottom two ribs going from being angled inwards to angled outwards again. The sound is like a duller version of that when you crack your knuckles but I can do it as many times in a row as I like.

  30. From what I can see Quackmire looks like a girl- female mallards tend to have dark brown beaks while males have olive green ones. Just in case the knowledge is helpful :) she looks old enough to be able to tell by her beak colour- my male mallard developed his olive beak before he even lost all of his down. As long as Quackmire wasn't inside constantly (sounds like she wasn't) she should have enough experience and instinct to be just fine. I hope she comes back to visit you!

  31. The notebook- it's so toxic that I can't enjoy the movie or get wrapped up in the love story. I hate that young kids are seeing that movie and thinking 'oh, that's what romance is'. Makes me sick.

  32. I'd deprive myself of a lot more for a year to get a million. Like, a technically healthy but very restricted diet. House arrest. Anything that doesn't threaten my health but feels pretty miserable after a few months.

  33. Ugh, try the restricted diet for medical reasons but you don't even get a million dollars 🥲 I think the government should give me a million dollars. That's what health insurance is for, right? ......right???
