  1. What I could tell you know is that forget about Djed. What I have seen recently on Twitter is:

  2. In my view, what Cardano is lacking is the adoption. Literally, with any blockchain, you need stablecoins. What other blockchains with high TVL have and Cardano doesn't have is native stablecoins deployed like USDT, USDC, BUSD. Forget about algorithmic stablecoins, no one would ever want to touch it for now.

  3. Damn if I had a dollar everytime he said bitcoin would crash I could almost buy a whole bitcoin. This clown has been talking shit about bitcoin since it was 100 bucks. Meanwhile his precious gold has done practically nothing.

  4. Try to make some quick bucks in his short position because his euro bank was liquidated.

  5. If I remember it right, the man hasn't made any right call recently. Probably, try to make some quick bucks from his short position to cover his lost due to the fact that his Euro Pacific Bank was liquidated.

  6. What about everyone else in the world that the US doesn’t control? Can’t non-US citizens still use it? I thought the founder who wrote the code wasn’t even from the US.

  7. If you don't use or intend to hold, swap, interact with USD stable coins, you're fine. If not, then you're in a hell of a lot troubles. US could basically demand any exchange, who interact with USD to report your ID.

  8. My suggestion. Keep your MacBook. Sell your iPad Pro, buy surface pro 8. If you don’t mind using second-hand device, look for some auction on eBay. I got a SP8 (i5 16gb) coming with a pen and type cover for £800. Can’t be happier.

  9. Going to buy more eth once we touch the 1k mark again. Guessing thats not far away.

  10. You’re right, you really don’t understand any of this.

  11. Now, you understand why Satoshi just disappeared after he invented one of the greatest innovations in 21st century.

  12. I feel kinda weird this time now. Not even an estimated launch date. Plus, it has been nearly 4 four weeks since testnet hardfork, but all I heard and see on Youtube and Twitter is how great Vasil is, BUT without demonstration like interacting with dApps.

  13. Vasil is about under the hood utility. The network is not congested so from a users perspective you probably won't notice anything. What this does is gives the network even more room for growth and improvements/efficiencies for those building dapps.

  14. By “You probably won’t notice anything” Do you mean that transaction speed is the same before hardfork?

  15. After days and months of drawing on the board, all he could come up in the first place is future investors will pay for their negligence, which was warned in April. How ignorant and irresponsible those guys are. They literally didn’t take a damn responsibility for the hack.

  16. I'm glad Harmony is crashing after how they betrayed DFK! DFK also leaving soon, say goodbye to the 98% of all the transactions lol

  17. What did Harmony do to DFK? I thought DFK received a million dollar fund from them.

  18. No, Harmony later canceled their deal and didn't give any money to DFK.

  19. I’m so lucky I rode from 0.05 up to 0.35 and never bought back

  20. Damn. I got out @0.14-ish. Got in around 5 cents.

  21. Remember guys, if you do the complete opposite of what ''reddit'' tells you to do, you actually make money.

  22. Only those who were affected by the hack aka those who deposited into a bridge on Ethereum chain. Don’t do any shit with this coin or any other coins on this or you get fucked one more time.

  23. Yes. He can do whatever the hell he wants. Worst yet. He aborts it and all will be fucked.

  24. Thanks for the link. It might be what I'm looking for in case of installing dependencies for every environment.

  25. Thanks. I’ll look more into clone and update environment.

  26. My and other's question is when the mainnet launch? It just seems to me things flying around suggest August, but it was said to be late July, 4 weeks after testnet launch.

  27. I have seen such Tweets too. It feels like they might know something, and are trying to massage their followers’ minds to get them mentally prepared for the delay. Just my guess.

  28. After checking their github, it reveals, that there's only a few bugs open on their must have list. And IMO there's no big one on that list of open bugs.

  29. The most constructive response I’ve received so far. Thanks mate.

  30. Charles is smart and ETH maxis still decide to trash on him :)

  31. Can we just have a new general election now?

  32. The lesson many of you could learn from this mess is this: "DON'T ever hold stablecoins that were bridged from another chain". If you intend to hold stablecoins and lend it to the protocol, use a chain that has a native stablecoins.

  33. When it comes to borrowing and loaning, MELD and Liqwid is worth looking into. I never used AAVE because of the gas fees, I never used it, but these two are similar to it as far as I know.

  34. Check out liqwid finance. They've been building for over a year and are way ahead of their meld competitors. These are the only 2 projects building a lending protocol like aave on cardano that uses liquidity pools and not p2p transactions.

  35. I heard of Liqwid finance. Do you have any idea whey it is launched on mainnet?

  36. Why you guys have to use CDC really? Their fee and spread are insane, which probably are used to cover their ass after they dip their toes into insane marketing. Use FTX for instance, zero fee to withdraw BTC. Then, Binance for ETH.
