Need to include S&P dividends if you’re going to include yields on stablecoins
Fair point on dividends, good observation: as I've mentioned in previous posts, I leave them out of the calculation for simplicity's sake, just as I leave out the opportunities for interest, airdrops, mirror drops, staking rewards, etc. that are possible on the crypto side, at least within the Top Ten coins I chose. It's on my list to add all these things up together, add the interest from the S&P and do a comparison, but haven't gotten around to it yet. I suspect it would yield similar results with crypto ahead of the S&P.

The disconnect here is that CPI is based on rent’s paid. Zillow is listed asked rent. Bigger than that though is that Zillow is usually advertising for new tenants and so wouldn’t catch the raises passed onto lease renewals. If you’re a landlord when you turnover an apt to a new tenant you’ll increase to the market rate whereas when you renew a lease you’ll usually increase it slightly less.
But asking rents flow through to realized rents with a lag. Which is why I provided a chart showing that.
But folks that live in the same apartment for 10 years don’t have their renewal rents reported on Zillow. Your data for Zillow over indexes for first time transactions between parties.
Renewal rents track asking rents over time, plus people living in the same apartment for 10 years is very rare, if you’ve ever managed rentals or owned them you’ll know average tenancy is around 2 years

Student loans are forgiven when you die anyway and the loan recipient benefits in no way from this, because they are dead, so that's not particularly helpful. The only assertion here I agree with is for those in the PSLF program. I am currently in this program and this has been a defacto partial forgiveness for me (which I welcome), but people in my situation are only a fraction of the population who is paying (or currently, not) student loans.

Why would higher "inflation" ie cost of energy and other commodities justify higher home prices, sure you could make an argument for newer builds, but for existing builds? Housing prices is a function of salary + leverage (debt). You are missing the first part of the equation, salary, stagnant salaries will not allow buyers to place that bid on home purchase, thus housing prices will go down regardless of CPI prints, new constructions perhaps not.
