  1. And if they don’t give in, you look for another job and fuck them over at the last minute. Commit to working Christmas Day and call out/quit when they need you the most.

  2. Couldn’t this be seen as a good thing? They’re laying off tech workers (mostly). Tech workers contributed to mass gentrification in the Bay Area, so them being laid off and hopefully forced out of the Bay could mean the rental market dropping for everyone else who isn’t making tech salaries, and Bay Area housing becoming more accessible again?

  3. Also it really depends on what age people get married. Fertility for women drops off pretty sharply around 29 and again sometime in the 30s. Married at 18 and you have lots of high fertility years (on average). Married at 25 and you have a few high fertility years, etc. I cannot imagine no fundie women have thought about this if they didn’t want massive families.

  4. That’s actually been debunked! It drops off slightly around 35 and more significantly around 40. Women are fertile for longer than they have been told!

  5. Hey there! I left a 7 year relationship after COVID and a visa… in a country where I didn’t have any family… and moved to a new city on my own to start a new job. I essentially “blew up” my life. But god, am I glad I did.

  6. Can I ask how you coped? That sounds terrifying and lonely. I’m in a somewhat similar situation and I know deep down this isn’t going to work in the long run.

  7. I found this post and it’s from August. The IG account that posted it was active back in 2020 way before Bethany started SWS… I’m a little high right now so maybe I’m confused but how could this be one of Bethy’s students?

  8. The as needed dates are babysitting. The regular obligation on M/W is nannying. You’re running errands too which definitely is a nanny role

  9. I have kyleena and I am just curious, (if you feel comfortable sharing) did you ever had any pregnancy scares while having your iud? Did your partner finish inside you?

  10. I had one or two pregnancy scares over the 5 years. My periods have never been super regular on the Mirena (4-6 weeks) but once or twice it’s gone to 7 weeks which scared me a little.

  11. 14 hour shift sounds draining but let’s be real, it’s not like an 8 hour shift leaves much time for relaxation anyways. I’d rather have my shifts condensed like that so that I can actually have decent time off.

  12. Can people stop posting these and acting like it’s not snarkers from this sub touching the poop? Mods really need to crack down on these types of posts.

  13. I overslept on NK’s first day of kindergarten years ago. MB had to drop the toddler off with a neighbor for an hour and a half until I got there. Only time I’ve ever overslept, since then I’ve become super diligent with making sure my alarm is set to full volume.

  14. I haven't read the other 91 comments yet- and I am sure someone has already said it- but it's pretty common for content creators to film a bulk of things in a day or two- she probably did that and for whatever reason didn't change outfits between.

  15. Yes, but that shirt has also shown up in her stories every single day. Which means she’s actively wearing it too

  16. She batch records. What’s funny is that she gave others the advice to change your clothes if you batch record so that it doesn’t look like you’re wearing the same thing all the time. And then she herself does not follow that advice, lol.

  17. That’s what I thought too at first, but the shirt keeps popping up in her stories. So she’s also wearing it real-time

  18. Are you okay with him eventually resenting you because you get everything you want at his expense?

  19. She had a c section so probably wearing bandages around her stomach

  20. Do we know for sure she had a c section? I haven’t been able to find proof anywhere

  21. Also fucked up that the image they’re depicting of a mother is of pregnancy. Kristen is a mother and she never carried a pregnancy to term. Why not a sketch of a mother with her children instead?

  22. Info: does your housemate know/agree the furniture is yours?

  23. I’m not sure if she knows. She was part of our friend group when I got it all, but not living at the house. I did mention to please keep the couch clean before I left for abroad. But people have different standards and she might not consider smoking weed on a couch to be dirtying it.

  24. IMO, I'd say going halfsies on the cost of cleaning would be fair if it was stained or smelly rather than expecting them to front the whole cost when it's your furniture/your responsibility to have moved it prior if the avoidance of mess and smoke was that concerning to you. Just my opinion though, and I recognize people may feel differently in one direction or another.

  25. That makes sense. I said this in another comment but the reason I didn’t take all the furniture with me is because every single piece of furniture in that living room belongs to me - I would’ve left them with a totally empty and unusable living room. And they’re also my friends so it felt like kind of a dick move
