  1. This is supported by nearly 70% of the population. A no brainer. Hopefully they can push it over the finish line. It’s good for the job market, good for gdp, good for tax revenue, good for individuals.

  2. As someone that is VERY pro weed, legalization doesn’t always increase government income. I lived in idaho for a couple months and was wondering what’s the point of keeping it illegal when everywhere around it is legal so people just buy it at the state next door instead. Turns out idaho was making more from fines and punishment for weed than they would if they started selling it.

  3. 100% get it. I think everyone should go to therapy wether or not you have “a problem”. There is always something you can improve on

  4. Let's be honest - both (all?) sides of politics like to pretend that people (men and women alike) on the other side of the aisle are disgusting losers, and this is nothing new.

  5. Exactly. There a couple things I consider moral that me and all my friends have in common but there is a range of people that are conservative and that are liberal. None of them are extreme either side tho cause that is something that will annoy me. I don’t like people that talk politics all the time. No matter what side you are on there is always something to be upset about and it’s just not worth it

  6. These types of jobs don’t really make sense in the long run unless you specifically buy a vehicle or have one that works well for this kind of job. Basically you need a car that can run for a long time with minimal/cheap repairs.

  7. My wife Uberred for a year. When I did the taxes even though she made $10,000 that year from Uberring after all the expenses were deducted she made about $2,000. It’s great for when you need money in a pinch, but as a regular full time job it’s not worth it.

  8. I agree I did it some in college just like after class or when everyone was moving in and made a cool couple hundred bucks a month to have fun on the weekend, I have a reliable car that will hopefully last me a good five more years and at that point hopefully I will have enough that buying another car isn’t bank breaking

  9. Alright so I can’t believe I’m going to say this but I might agree with 2/3 of what he said… I also think we should probably keep pole dancing and porn out of our elementary schools and save that for atleast middle school

  10. That is crazy to me since over here in Australia we had 24/7 footage of nothing but 9/11 footage on every fucking channel for about 2 weeks onwards. And I mean every single chanel.

  11. I mean to be fair a 21 year old wouldn’t remember 9/11 cause they were like less than a year old lol.

  12. Honestly I bet they just got tired of people deleting social media to be cool and then being pissed when they’re account is gone a week later and trying to get it back. I honestly think this is kinda smart. If you want you can just delete all of your posts and stuff like that and just let your account die in a month

  13. I agree mostly. I definently get hit on a lot and I’m a dude. Mostly harmless drunk girls but some get too touchy which is a good way to get kicked out.

  14. You can see by the position of their ears/ their movements in general, they are in attack mode, the neighbors definitely have to do something about it, or unfortunately someone else will get hurt/ hurt the dogs

  15. People need to learn to socialize their dogs young. Doesn’t matter what breed or how big it is. I have a dog with only like 12% pit in him but you can see it so people always stereotype him for that and since he was a puppy I’ve socialized and trained him to be super friendly and obedient. There’s this golden retriever that lives on my hall in my apartment that is super aggressive to other dogs. It’s like a good 60-80lbs and the girl that owns it is MAYBE 100lbs… I’m always worried some day that dog is gonna get out and I’m going to have to kick her dog. I love dogs and understand there are many reasons a dog can be aggressive out of the control of the dog or current owner, but god damn keep them under control. There’s also a chihuahua in my building always trying to start shit with my dog like homie just cause your dog is small doesn’t mean you don’t have to train it

  16. In general yes, but judging by his kit he might be a use of force guard, still pretty clear this situation went to shit for the guard

  17. I don’t know what happened and the security guard could be in the wrong but it’s also possible he stopped someone for stealing and they got aggressive with him, forcing his hand

  18. This shows the wealth disparity of minorities, specifically Hispanic and African American

  19. How about this, "dear students, you're all the same to me." And then in fine print write "scum". That way everybody wins

  20. Ah yes this is what we call the “South Park” method of equality

  21. The very first time I saw him was at Escape 2021. My group and I went to humor him because, come on, ain’t no way is Shaq gonna be a decent DJ. Most people that I spoke to in the crowd said the same thing. We were all there for the meme.

  22. I was there at the lost lands set and honestly thought the same like we were just gonna mosh to mediocre music. I was a little bit in his defense because I knew he had always loved djing and all that, but I didn’t think he would be like GOOD. He honestly was. Absolutly insane mosh pit the whole time and everyone was so respectful. The security be someone fell like 5 people formed a circle around them and helped them up. Shaq did a great job of stopping it if needed and telling people to be careful and did an all girls mosh pit at one point. Also the music was actually really good he threw down

  23. I would like to see the chart that rates the learning curve in regard to learning English from other languages

  24. My guess is it’s similar to this chart, but not exactly the same. A lot of the easy ones have very similar alphabets to English, medium ones have kind of similar alphabet styles to English, and the hard ones are completely different.

  25. I'm in charge of inventory and my owner is more than happy to let me buy extra soap if it means everyone is keeping the place spotless. No idea why anyone would be this stingy on something like that

  26. There are things I can understand being stingy about. If you’re going through more liquor than a reasonable amount of spills or using an absolutly absurd amount of most things I get it.

  27. Saturday night Ravenscoon played and threw down but I think he started around 3 and idk who was before him

  28. Scrolled way too far down to have not seen ANY of these names but

  29. Bro you sure your not allergic? I was eating manunka honey thinking it was weird how it was spicy. Turns out honey isn't and I'm inclined to believe melon isn't either.

  30. Nah Italian melons are a little bit different and are actually a little bit spicy

  31. It seems like you don’t know a ton about what some of these majors are. I don’t think communications fits into this category at all. It leads to a lot of marketing type of jobs or media production (like making commercials, movies, graphics, etc). Business also isn’t STEM but super useful? What about education majors? Yah we need to pay teachers more but still a valid major. There are so many more valid majors.

  32. I was raised like that. My daughter is now a teenager. Guess what? She hasn't had a bedtime set by me in years. Why not? Because life gives you consequences for not going to bed when you need to. She is responsible and has earned the right to determine her own bedtime. My parents never gave me the chance to earn it. It was stupid and I blame a lot of my insomnia on their crazy bedtime rules for me when I was in my teens.

  33. Parenting rules should be for safety and to make sure your kid doesn’t fuck anything up TOO bad. Being tired a couple days in class is a good thing cause now they can learn how not to do that in the future.

  34. How is anti-racism racist 🤔. Idk why but this made me think of the parts in Red Dead Redemption 2 with the clan members lol.

  35. Exactly! It’s not like it has anything to do with white people, just people in the kkk. Saying you are anti terrorist doesn’t make you an islamaphobe

  36. Agreed, but honestly every single head stomp I've ever seen has always been the guy that's already winning doing the stomping. Or some cock smoker like in this video.

  37. If someone else is armed or some shit and I get them down you bet your ass I’m kicking their head I’m not tryna have them get up and shoot me. Or if this was someone trying to kill my friend I would kick the dudes head but other than that, especially for just some petty school fight like this you don’t do that shit. Quickly turns it from people getting into a fight and getting a black eye plus trouble with their school into a whole ass legal issue

  38. Also make your intentions clear, both if you’re merging or someone else is merging. If you are coming to the end at the same time as another car in the lane you are trying to merge into, either speed up or slow down and stick with what you pick, don’t go back and forth between the two. If you are merging it’s mainly your job to put yourself in a good place to merge, but other drivers will often help you by getting out of your way. If you’re getting out of someone’s way just either speed up OR slow down and stick with what you are doing

  39. Decades, I used to argue with one in the early 90s and he'd been there for years then. Can't be the same guy, he'd be in his 80s by now, surely.
