When you come across a feel-good thing.

  1. I wouldn’t do Berlin. Loved there for two years and just so think you’ve enough time to see enough. Might be too close to home but Edinburgh is cool.

  2. Training before work. Life changing. Can be hard getting up but 100% worth it.

  3. Lifting weights before work genuinely changed my life.

  4. Nobody genuinely cares what we do for a living. Don’t hold off making a career change in case of what people might think. Nobody cares.

  5. I was in Schiphol airport a couple of weeks ago and the terminal literally ran out of bottled water.

  6. Any of the mccabes pharmacies, they have a partnership with Aer Lingus, I got result on the spot

  7. The Lorcan estates in Santry are lovely. Crescent, Avenue, Grove, Villas etc. although they are climbing in price and are touching 500K for houses going on the market at the minute.

  8. Worked in Penney’s on O Connell street for years during college, was great craic. Didn’t enjoy people having a shite in the dressing rooms every weekend though

  9. I never realised the phrase ‘to give out to someone’ wasn’t used in other countries

  10. This comes directly from Irish “tabhair amach”

  11. We’re thankfully now in a position to buy. I earn 65K (M 29) and my partner earns 35k (F 27). We managed to save 60k in two years. Essentially we set up a joint account and ensured that we never touched it. We also set up an account so it took 14 days to withdraw meaning you could never make a snap decision.

  12. I live above a shop so I actually get great heat from below during the day.. usually 2-3 hours a day or whenever I get cold really, if I don’t feel cold I don’t put it on

  13. I absolutely cannot not stand it. Where does it even come from?

  14. Account Manager at a tech company. Made about 70k all in last year, I’m 30 and have been doing it nearly 3 years since graduating from my masters

  15. I’m literally the exact same although 29 and doing it 5 years!

  16. €70,000 + commission as an account manager for a software company. I’m 29 but have 5 years experience in the role and sort of just fell into it. I like my current company and projects are given the resources they need to succeed so that’s good.
