I don't need it, I don't even necessarily want it, but I've got some cash to burn so I'm gonna get it.

  1. I'm in that situation now. Doc wants me on it but pharmacy is refusing.

  2. Did pharm give you a consult? I would go to patient advocate and tell them pharmacist is being a stingy gatekeeper with life changing medication that your doctor wants you on. Usually they’ll only approve if endo is the one making the recommendation. I was initially denied when my PCP tried to prescribe it. Patient advocate can get you a new consult with a different pharmacist at a outpatient clinic or main hospital depending where you’re going

  3. I sent a secure message to the Patient Advocate / Veteran Experience Program folks at my VAMC on Friday, waiting to hear from them.

  4. Typical. I hope you get it squared away. The medication has been life changing

  5. Correct, it’s more difficult to get a mortgage due to the liability. I’m not sure what you’re trying to get at here

  6. No I’m saying I know that works for mortgage, but I just want to be sure grossing up non taxable income for “rent” can work as well.

  7. There is no logical reason why it would be any different.

  8. I got approved for SSDI but a long process. Don't give up then fight and don't get discouraged being denied. You don't need a lawyer until the federal judge step. You can do everything else yourself. Save some money. Hire them after reconsideration phase.c

  9. What step did you get approved at? I’m waiting for ALJ hearing. DDS completely disregarded MH/TBI.

  10. Reconsideration. I used a social security social worker. It is all she did.

  11. Damn, I should have went that route before hiring an attorney.

  12. The funds have to be allocated by Congress. Biden knew there would be lawsuits, but did it anyways to buy votes. Pretty easy to see.

  13. This is just one more reason I’ll never get married without a prenup

  14. Well technically you can get both but you have to apply of one at a time just like your rating you apply for one thing at a time you would apply for the SMC rating first SMC-R has the highest payout it's $9000 roughly so technically you would just apply for the one that benefits you the most I would just be happy with SMC-R and the rating I have already that would put me in a good position financially

  15. You really need to do some research. A&A is SMC as is housebound. You cannot get SMC-L for A&A plus SMC-S for housebound. That’s just not how it works. Whoever is telling you that is a fucking moron

  16. I can tell the majority of the people on here scored a 31 on the ASVAB and didn’t read the bill. Fucking sheep

  17. I’m a pro life conservative. How can I be a baby killer?? You on drugs or something?

  18. Good for you, I'm glad you can rest easy, and I'm sorry for being disparaging in terms of your trauma; that was unnecessary and over stepping. My grandfather was a Vietnam *veteran (different times I know), but he was a great person and was a big part of how I grew up and he taught me to respect people who served and more importantly to have empathy for them. So I wish you many restful nights, and that you find people who'll **listen to your troubles and be there for you.

  19. No worries. I don’t take anything on here seriously. Your grandpa sounds like he was a great man

  20. Remind me when Biden inspired his supporter to invade our nations capitol because he said his completely legal loss at the polls was an illegal and unjust takeover? Please, I would love to hear about another reason to dunk on "bRanDoN".

  21. Biden and the Dems just organized the BLM riots and the Antifa terrorist attacks the killed innocent people, destroyed small businesses, and caused ~2 billion in damage.

  22. Oh, get over yourself. Being a vet doesn't entitle you to be unamerican by attacking half of the country. Nobody here asked you to serve, so stop weaponizing your status as a veteran.

  23. Oh, you mean how Biden is attacking trump supporters?????

  24. I’d also like to add that I’ve not insulted you once. You’ve done nothing but insult since the conversation began.

  25. Hard to keep track when I have 20 or so lunatics coming at me from every direction.

  26. If you were, you’d already know how the unhinged libs of Reddit are. Tough on the internet, would get knocked out in real life

  27. Who told you forming a LLC is expensive?? You’ve been misinformed

  28. School shootings is more to do with video games, internet, and bullies. You won’t convince me otherwise. If kids weren’t bullied, there would be no reason to lash out like that. I’m not making excuses for it either, it’s just what I see

  29. You can further look up their political affiliation on your own.

  30. He kicked Trump's ass in an election they cheated at, and lost.

  31. Cheated?? Are you delusional? Hundreds of Dems have been convicted of voter fraud and ballot harvesting so far. Those are facts.

  32. I went from 70% for PTSD to 100% based on a reexamination that the VA ordered out of nowhere.

  33. I didn’t get any exams either, but I was denied on my first application. Did you by chance have and inpatient stays for MH? I’m still waiting on reconsideration now. I have an attorney

  34. That's pretty ignorant of you. Yes, there are other medicine but insurance won't cover them because they're so expensive. I was on Trulicity but had to changed because it was $800 for 1 month supply. It seems ozempic is affordable since everyone can get it.

  35. You should look up the definition to words before you use them. Makes you look “ignorant”.

  36. Oh I was not aware of that. Are they available in the US? Please share what they are. I have family who would be interested.

  37. Probably the most common potent weight loss medication is Phentermine / Topiramate.. There is a caveat that a lot of people on here don’t want to hear. You have to diet and exercise for anything to work. I see countless people on here wasting medication not losing any weight bc they have no discipline. I fell off on my eating and exercising during the lockdowns. I’ve been out of the Army for 9 years, and always kept within 10 lbs of my Army body composition. I gained about 50 lbs during the lockdowns. In 4 months on ozempic I’ve lost all of it.

  38. I hope you take an early education English class your first semester.

  39. AWOL could be handled with an NJP or a CM. Either way AWOL is only a military crime so it would not affect civilian LE employment.

  40. Going AWOL is a major character flaw. What’s going to happen when his partner is going to need backup?

  41. I agree that it's a major character flaw. Just pointing out that since it's not a real crime it does not disqualify someone from LE careers.

  42. The Dems do it all the time. Might as well level the playing field

  43. If somebody knocked her out, it would be justified
