  1. First and foremost I'm so sorry. I don't know if I commented but I remember seeing your earlier post, and I'm sorry things had to go this way. None of it is fair. Someone close to me likes to quote Picard of star trek in these situations just to highlight how unfair life is; "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not a weakness—that is life.”.

  2. Anyone remember Trillian? If I'm remembering correctly it allowed you to chat on AIM, MSN, and ICQ all from one program, at least back when I started using it in the early 2000s.

  3. Willy Wonka: The strawberries taste like strawberries. The snozzberries taste like snozzberries!

  4. I learned something about this just the other day. It seems to me like it's untrue/rewriting history, but there are some people that believe snozzberry was a code word for penis by Roald Dahl.

  5. I can't give a definite age. It was something I was exposed to in magazine form fairly young, and then when we got the internet around age 10-12 I was exposed to EVERYTHING pretty quickly. Of course I had an unusually high drive even at that age, so I had an urge to see and learn all about it.

  6. Yep, same here, and I'm 40 myself. It's been a part of me since the beginning of puberty, and shows no signs of stopping.

  7. That’s definitely a new placement on the short nails from what I’m used to seeing. Good design though!

  8. I always thought these were the dumbest things, but then I was working at a toy store selling them at the time, so clearly not the target demographic. I think I already had my own proper mp3 player when these came out.

  9. As someone who's started dating 3 months ago and now finds himself in a somewhat serious relationship I have a couple pieces of advice that may help...

  10. Tbf he's just a jug with a face, nothing about that monstrosity resembles what transphobes describe what they call "manly".

  11. Wait... Didn't conservatives spend years thinking the epitome of manly was a big orange jug with a face?

  12. The red sections on the ceiling makes it feel claustrophobic; Like the ceiling feels lower than it would if it were just white. I kinda hate that design choice.

  13. Shit’s creek a Bi-man as one of the main characters , and the representation is great.

  14. Came here looking for Schitt's Creek. I love David so much, and by the end he's arguably THE main character of the whole show.

  15. Thank you for sharing. It's not every day we see anything quite so heartwarming around here so it's nice to hear a little positivity for a change.

  16. I will never forget that feeling I got when I first finished this game. Sitting in a dark basement while M4 played through the credits. It wasn't just the ending of a game. It was an experience.

  17. "Titts Open" immediately jumped out at me. In all seriousness though, I love the vibe of these.

  18. A cop recommending you to break traffic laws for the sake of safety, holy fuck

  19. I knew a guy something like that happened to once too. He was driving through DC I believe and found himself in a bad part of town stopped at a red light. A cop pulled up next to him and asked what the hell he was doing. I think he just motioned at the red light, and the cop told him "no, you don't stop in this part of town".

  20. Funny story relating to her. My wife and I (then gf) caught her show a few times when there was nothing else to do late at night and thought it was hilarious hearing this old lady talk so candidly about sex on TV with a row of vibrators and buttplugs on display behind her. .

  21. This reminds me of that meme about "What country is this flag from and why is everyone from there so hot?"

  22. Late to the party but this existed and was fantastic for awhile.

  23. Is it fairly new? I lived in Bridgeport a little over 2 years ago, and drove past there regularly, but don't recall ever seeing or hearing about it.

  24. It’s been around a couple years. Maybe late 2020? It’s always solid. I don’t eat there nearly enough.

  25. I can feel you, im approaching the holiday and feel the same. My wife (34f) passed a month after going to the hospital, she went on the day after Christmas and my birthday is in January. We got together on fall back and married on day of the dead. So im in the beginning of a hard 5 months. I have isolated myself and stay away from everyone, cut off family ,friends, and try not to answer my phone. Not sure if im doing the right thing but it's easier then dealing with and upsetting everybody. So keep your head up and remember that you come first, its ok to breakdown, its ok to just sit back and breath. Its a long road and you have to repair and heal. If you want to just drive for hours for a new tradition to clear the head everyone will have to understand.

  26. I'm so sorry. I'm still in the beginning of my "hard part of the year" as well, so I know how you feel. Wife's birthday was in October, then Halloween and Thanksgiving (She absolutely loved Halloween), then her death date, then Christmas and New Years, and my birthday (also in January).

  27. I don't know if I've never heard Conan laugh quite like that or just never put 2 and 2 together before, but Conan can pull off a damn good Joker laugh. Watch out Mark Hamill.

  28. I remember about 2 years ago my mother in law proudly telling my wife that they no longer watch Fox News.

  29. I actually read every night, but I mostly just read amateur short stories people post on
