A glowing commendation for all to see

Let's sip to good health and good company

When you come across a feel-good thing.

A smol, delicate danger noodle.

Shows the Silver Award... and that's it.

I needed this today

  1. If you get into his social media post his reason for doing it is "because I wanted to".

  2. I had a read of his Facebook post. One lady is coping a grilling from Facebook accounts for commenting on his post and saying how wonderful Morrison is, and that this issue has been completely overblown. Ouch.

  3. His capacity for lying is phenomenal. In his Facebook post he says:

  4. The journalist who wrote this article, Daniel Ziffer, is supposedly a business reporter, but seems to have very little understanding of Commerce or accounting. Perhaps because he is a journalist, rather than an accountant.

  5. Great post. Main theme I think was missing was not explaining on how they made their millions. Is it Gina, Twiggy or some boomer how just sold all his investment properties and had been maximising his super balance for retirement.

  6. There is a great book called "maternal care and mental health" by John bowlby. The guy in this video will have long term psychological and emotional and relationship issues from having a mother like that. He needs to cut her loose from his life.

  7. Double top plate on angled walls that ties together the first top plate of 24' Wall. Maybe 2 12" Simpson twist strap on each side of the corner to roof framing before outside sheathing.

  8. The front and rear walls are rake walls. That’s probably what he means by angled. When all four walls have double plates the top plate and double plate can be overlapped at the corners. This does create bracing and shear control like a bond beam. Lateral control on tiny walls is fully accomplished with the sheathing and the nailing schedule it is applied with. If you do not use APA sheathing then you could add diagonal let-in braces for lateral control. Bit they use insulation space and in most cases are wholly unnecessary.

  9. Sure , or he might separated so β€œ been there done that β€œ thing.I like your nickname .

  10. Going back to America to visit my mom and this song reminds me of my childhood. She loved it and used to make us listen to it. Luckily it became a favorite and she didn’t have to force it hahaha.

  11. Looks like an old seamster from 95, bond watch with Pierce Brosnam , i would say, it is real.

  12. I agree. I would say genuine. I have a genuine Seamaster, that is from circa 1995, but without the 007 markings - and I have thrashed it, and it has the same pattern of scratches, especially in the bezel. Must have been a metal rather than ceramic bezel on those models.

  13. Try again. It is showing on my flight radar view at moment. It's also showing that 150,000 people are currently following SPAR19 on flight radar, and that it is the #1 most tracked flight on the site at the moment. Traffic watching could be affecting your view.

  14. A scheduled flight from Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) to Taipei (Taiwan) apparently takes about 4.5 hours.

  15. LMAO all I saw was one person who can handle pressure and one who cannot at all

  16. If a person has had bad role models in life, they learn (or are taught) that being strong is a virtue. Often, they are so close minded that they equate being strong with "physical" strength, when strength has many parts - like emotional strength, psychological strength etc. They become so obsessed with their ideal of "physical strength" that they just become mean. And they then grow up and believe that being mean is a virtue - when it's not. There is a fine line being being strong, verses being mean.

  17. Great work. You should be very proud of yourself. Thanks for sharing.

  18. It's crazy how rich people can just be bought. Phil would in no way struggle if he didn't take that Saudi money. His family wouldn't struggle.
