  1. Til about speleology. Never heard that one before. It’s the scientific study of caves and such for those who didn’t know like me.

  2. Took me 8 months. Started as a twig at 150lbs 6’2.

  3. I don't think any gun owner in this country dislikes the PAL system. Even the the most hardcore "I want American style restrictions" people I've met agree there should be some level of mandatory training and BG checks.

  4. Not even just gun owners. Every person I’ve ever met that understands or gets taught after having improper information the PAL system finds it to be sensical and adequate. I’ve never heard of anyone who is actually informed on how it works in Canada wanting the rules to be more strict.

  5. Clearly there has to be something out there?!?

  6. There’s nothing out there but birds, and fish! And 40,000 tons of crude oil……

  7. Your body knows effort, not weight. If on one day you’re a bit weaker and can only bench 215 when normally you’re doing 225, but the effort feels the same, then it is not a waste of the session because the effort/proximity to failure is what matters more than the weight. Going close to failure is the most important thing, be that in 8 reps or 30. To get bigger you must be adding more stress as your muscle adapts, which typically is in a progressive overload of weight. So if you are still benching for the same amount of reps a weight you were doing a year ago, you’re going no where. But if your close to failure with that weight is now double the reps, that’s similar to the progressive overload of adding weight.

  8. Why do vegetarians want to make everything taste like meat?

  9. It’s not that they don’t like meat or the taste of it. They just don’t like what it’s doing to the planet or harming an animal.

  10. They don’t taste bad, they just cost like $8 for two….nobody can’t afford that.

  11. @overkell on Instagram. Awesome natty physique.

  12. Tf it’s a private residence. I can discriminate against anything or anyone I want in a private residence.

  13. I’ve done as much as 320, now I can probably only do 300, working back up to 315. But I’ve only ever seen like 3-5 people out of the hundreds that go there ever put up 3 plates.

  14. Yeah I don’t know anyone who would do any of those things lol.

  15. Why did it take you so long to do? It’s not a lot of volume per muscle group but I do admit it’s more volume overall than I’d want to do in one session. 10 exercises and close to 30 sets in one workout is a lot and would take a decent amount of time to do for sure. But 2.5 hours seems longer than it should’ve taken. A lot of the stuff only has like 1 min rest.

  16. It's probably because I train with someone and I was instinctively taking rest periods similar to my old program. ~ 3 mins per set.

  17. Oh yeah training partner plus that long of rest for everything will do it lol.

  18. “Choose life, your parents did” and I really wouldn’t give a shit if they hadn’t thank you very much. Bad argument.

  19. I think some chicks want to be jacked and some guys are just more feminine. It’s always been this way, they’re just less suppressed than they were historically. Don’t think there’s a conspiracy around this specifically.

  20. The shoulder girdle and neck are major contributors of that wide and big look with a shirt on. But really it’s the whole package, big chest, wide shoulders, big traps, wide lats, big arms, big forearms, etc.

  21. Can’t be the fact that 8 normal burgers can be had for like $10 and 2 beyond patties are like $8.

  22. There is probably a more conventional name for it. It is bilateral but not doing the full range of motion and only during the first third to two thirds or so, at the bottom of the range. I do this first and then use a lighter weight for full range of motion raises after.

  23. Heavy partial lateral raises is the only term I’ve heard them called. You’re not wrong on the naming, these people just haven’t heard if it before I guess.

  24. Not sure I would like that, since usually in an rdl you’re bringing your hips back some while extending downwards.

  25. I just came here to say fuck you

  26. My gym like atleast 50% of the people are skinny boys.

  27. There’s so many cool varieties of danios. They are definitely one of my favorite groups of fish.

  28. Those are police? Do they carry like any gear at all or no?

  29. The CIA has a tendency to go rouge, which is a scary thought seeing as we don't know what they're up to at this very moment. And the president is rarely in the loop, unless something is done by their request. Kennedy said that if he was re-elected, he'd "smash the CIA into a thousand pieces". So it's safe to say he didn't have a lot of control over them, much less any good feelings going their way.

  30. This is why the CIA was a big part of the plan to assassinate him!
